But we’re humans, and there are a lot of other humans involved in making sure your order is fullfilled. That means sometimes things don’t meet expectations once you receive your order and we don’t want that to potentially be your only memory of us.
In the event that you are not COMPLETELY and TOTALLY in love with your purchase (we’re talking “bring ‘em home to meet your parents” kind of in love), we’re here to help.
Return Window: Refund requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product for the original form of payment. After that, any returns will be issued store credit (never expires).

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, reach out to Elle at with your request. All requests for exchanges are accepted on a case-by-case basis and may be declined at our discretion. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and must meet the same return eligibility criteria (unwashed, unworn, etc.). Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping on any exchanges and the new item(s) will be sent once we receive, inspect, and verify contents. Upon approval, your new item(s) will be shipped back to you (free of charge) and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
